We had worked with them before, she would run ahead of the handler, the NVA were all set-up, they had to blow the ambush on the dog. She saved many lives. If she hadn't exposed the direction of the basecamp, the NVA would have used it as a staging area to bleed us like they did the 'O Deuce. That dog deserves an award. RIP
